Lithium Carbonate (LCE)

As early mover unconventional natural resources producers in the United States, we view lithium as the new unconventional resource target in the United States. Our foundational lithium deposit is estimated to have the most robust economics in the United States due to our lack of impurities, H2S, and other contaminates. 


 Our vision is to be the leading provider of low cost domestic lithium to power the future growth of United States manufacturing for battery production and Electric Vehicles.  


Direct lithium extraction(DLE) meets the highest environmental standards, and extracts lithium faster than conventional processes. DLE offers smaller environmental footprints, uses less water, has a lower CO2 emission, and offers a much more efficient method of producing lithium in order to meet the hyperbolic growth in demand.

Strontium Carbonate (SCE)

Alloy's project area contains strontium at 12,270 mg/L, confirmed across multiple samples. We estimated the Alloy deposit has up to 175,000 tons per well with over 50 wells in our target zone, yielding and estimated ultimate recovery of 8 million tonnes of Strontium. Ferrite (Strontium Ferrite) magnets have lower magnetic energy density than NdFeB (roughly 4 vs 35 MGOe), but they offer advantages in cost, temperature stability (coercivity increases with heat, unlike NdFeB which degrades), corrosion resistance, and supply chain independence from Chinese rare earth processing.


Modern military systems — drone motors, missile guidance, fighter jet components — rely on permanent magnets. The Ukraine conflict has accelerated drone procurement across NATO countries. Ukraine produced 1.2 million drones in 2024 and deployed approximately 9,000 per day by 2025. The U.S. War Department has signaled procurement of 200,000+ UAS in 2027 and requested industry assessment for rapid production of 300,000+ small UAS. Virtually all permanent magnets used in Western drone and defense systems are currently manufactured in China or with Chinese-processed materials. In April and October 2025, China tightened export controls on rare earth elements used in magnet production. Section 1709 of the FY2025 NDAA restricts use of foreign-manufactured drone components in U.S. defense applications.
